We are conducting a search for the Vice President, Chief Nursing Informatics Officer (CNIO) at Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and the Senior Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, the CNIO is a critical role and will have broad visibility and support across the health system, especially over the informatics team. The CNIO will function as a key member of the senior executive team serving as a catalyst for aligning clinical goals and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a leader with Epic experience and a proven track record of successfully advancing clinical informatics in a complex, multi-facility operational environment. The CNIO should bring a passion for healthcare, nursing and technology, along with a drive to continue making improvements in support of providing the best possible patient care at the bedside and beyond.
