Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH), a founding member of SolutionHealth, is seeking an authentic, operationally-oriented, strategic, community-focused leader. The new President will lead SNHH during a pivotal time for the organization as a regional system was recently formed from the partnership established with Elliot Health System in 2018. The President will continue to build upon SNHH’s unique brand within the region, which is focused on quality, clinical excellence and value-based, people-centered care.
Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer of SolutionHealth, with joint accountability to the SNHH Board, the President is a member of the SolutionHealth Executive Team and oversees the daily activities, operations, performance and direction of SNHH. The President will ensure that the high quality patient care and services of SNHH meet the needs of the patients, physicians and the community. The new President will work within the context of both SolutionHealth and SNHH to identify and advance new strategies to improve and integrate processes and operations, reduce costs, grow revenues, and help lead the organization's shift from fee-for-service to the new, more integrated models that are rapidly emerging. This is an exciting time for a leader who will further elevate SNHH’s performance and operational focus, while also supporting strategic and other initiatives that will develop SolutioNHealth’s role as a newly integrated regional health system.
