Des Moines, IA - UnityPoint Health (UPH) is seeking a transformational physician leader as President and CEO of UnityPoint Clinic (UPC). This position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead an innovative team focused on the delivery of integrated health care across three states.

The CEO will lead the advancement of the employed physicians into a high-performing medical group that leads the country in innovation and care delivery. This physician leader will be responsible for the development and implementation of all strategic and operational initiatives, partnering closely with system-wide leaders for clinical alignment and cohesion throughout the organization. Responsible for the clinical, operational and financial accountability of UPC, the CEO will enhance infrastructure, operations, engagement, quality and other aspects that advance the organization. The CEO will have a demonstrated experience in leadership of a large multispecialty group practice environment within an integrated healthcare system.
