Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL., a Magnet™ designated health system, seeks an experienced and dynamic Vice President, Chief Nursing Informatics Officer (CNIO).
The CNIO is a critical role and has broad visibility and support across the health system, especially over the informatics team. The CNIO will function as a key member of the senior executive team serving as a catalyst for aligning clinical goals and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a high energy leader with Epic experience and a proven track record of successfully advancing clinical informatics in a complex, multi-facility operational environment. An experienced and progressive next generation CNIO, with a strong voice and vision for informatics, is desired to lead Baptist in this journey. Key skills necessary to be successful in this role will be the ability to lead large teams; make strategic decisions; communicate effectively; and provide a sense of purpose and trust. The CNIO should bring a passion for healthcare, nursing and technology, along with a drive to continue making improvements in support of providing the best possible patient care at the bedside and beyond.
