Sana Lake Recovery is seeking an experienced?Executive Vice President of Enterprise Development?to extend current business through strategic partnerships, manage operational soundness of current contact center and integrate partnership development with client growth. This role is designed for a dynamic Executive with the ability to build strategic initiatives, grow business and extend on current infrastructure.

Sana Lake Recovery provides a full system of substance abuse and mental health disorder care from acute medically monitored detox and residential care, Urgent Access and chronic care outpatient services, recovery supportive housing and continuing care for up to five years.
Lead, develop and execute strategies to extend business in areas of Contact Center, Partnership Development Nurturing relationships, Growth and Admissions. Building strategy will integrate all functions
Identify, evaluate, solicit, and follow-up with partnership development opportunities through multiple sales, communications, and marketing methods
Deliver a preliminary external opportunity assessment, intelligence gathering, and analysis of partnership development opportunities
Report on metrics driving the health of the partnership development function: pipeline, activity, revenue growth, implementation, and execution
Work with operational teams and IT to optimize and integrate the technology required to productively support Enterprise Development needs
Implement strategies to ensure the member and family experience in the Contact Center is consistent with overall company strategy and values, and drive initiatives that maintain this alignment
Direct operational teams (including training, knowledge management, workforce planning, quality management, performance management, etc.) within the Contact Center
Develop communication mechanisms and forums for sharing KPIs and strategic initiatives within the contact center with key organizational stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience required; MBA preferred
10+ years of demonstrated, proven success in a senior sale, business development, or executive operational role
Experience in a high growth company is preferred
