The Vice President of Clinical Operations for the clinical programs at Treasure Coast Hospice is professional, has responsibility for the overall leadership, strategic direction and oversight of access and patient care services for the organization, including strategic planning, budgeting, staff planning and development, process improvement, and utilization review to ensure excellence in all patient care programs and to meet or exceed NHPCO standards and all federal and state regulations. You will create a strategy to prioritize, delegate and execute initiatives that align with the strategy for nursing operations.
Travel required between our two locations: Stuart and Ft. Pierce locations.

Must hold active Registered Nurse Florida license.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently enrolled in a program to obtain a bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience. Hospice certification or currently working toward hospice certification with a completion date within 12 months of employment required.
Hospice Administration training or healthcare related field preferred. Minimum of ten years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role. Experience with electronic patient charting/medical records required.
