The Director, Imaging Operations administers all aspects of the fiscal, physical and personnel functions of the Radiology Department to ensure a high-quality outcome and service experience, as well as financial stewardship and staff / MD satisfaction. Specifically, he or she will have direct multi-site responsibility for WMC, Outpatient Diagnostic Center, and support new and established Joint Ventures. In addition, position will have indirect responsibility for all imaging throughout Valley Health System.
What You Will Bring:
Education Bachelors required Masters Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Clinical Area preferred Successful completion of an AMA accredited program in Radiologic Technology or other diagnostic imaging modality required. Epic / Fuji PACS experience preferred.
Experience 5 Years Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment experience to include budget responsibility in a hospital Radiology department required Joint Venture experience preferred. Retail experience highly preferred.
Certification & Licensures Current ARRT professional certification required
Qualifications Must demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledgeable and competent to direct the department to provide services appropriate to all age groups.
