Under the "Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin" brand, Froedtert Health collaborates with the Medical College of Wisconsin to provide consumers a choice that is unique in the region: an interconnected academic health network where care is delivered with an academic medicine approach. To this end, Froedtert Health has established six clinical services lines to provide highly integrated care to the communities it serves. They include Cancer, Heart and Vascular, Transplant, Musculoskeletal, Neuroscience, and Spine. Many of these service lines lead the market in subspecialty care and currently account for over 60% of Froedtert Health's revenue.
The SVP is a core member of the Froedtert Health senior leadership team and serves as the principal executive in the advancement of the system's market share growth. As a direct report to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the enterprise, the SVP will direct the service lines in the face of strong local and state-wide competition. The SVP will serve as an influencer, a remover of obstacles, and will steer a strong team in the achievement of the system's goals. It is expected that the next SVP will be strategically oriented and operationally sound, bringing a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership to bear on the position.
