Manager â“ Internal Communication â“ AdventHealth Orlando Ginsburg
Work Hours/Shift: Full Time Days
You Will Be Responsible For:
Provides strategic thought leadership directly to c-suite executives, helping develop and execute division-wide holistic strategic communication plans that consider internal and external audiences.
Develop and enhance relationships with key leaders in the lines of business where the manager provides Public Affairs counsel.
Leads the planning and delivery of public affairs content for internal events.
Bridge the gap between executive leadership and front-line staff, creating action plans and messaging covering a multitude of campus and system goals shared across a variety of internal vehicles.
Lead by example and communicate mandates regarding HIPAA, National Patient Safety Goals and other guidelines.
Lead by example and communicate employee policies and patient experience standards.
Working closely with the director of internal communications, proactively identify and manage potential issues and opportunities that would impact Florida Hospital, both internally and externally.
Partner with Public Affairs teams to strategically share external, executive and citizenship activities with internal audiences.
What You Will Need:
Bachelorâ™s Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field.
Six years of experience in corporate communications, journalism, or related field.
Experience executing strategic communications plans across a variety of internal and external vehicles, including social media.
Experience planning and overseeing events.
Experience coordinating video shoots.
Internal communications experience in a corporate setting. (Preferred)
Presentation design and development. (Preferred)
Social media deployment. (Preferred)
The Manager of Internal Communications is responsible for the development and execution of internal communications division-wide. Provides strategic thought leadership directly to senior executives on major communications initiatives impacting AdventHealth both internally and externally and develops strategic communication plans and messaging that takes in to account both internal and external audiences.
