U nder general direction of the VP Strategic Integration and the direct supervision of the Director PSH PMO, this position is responsible for providing specialized consulting and project management process facilitation and support to implement and execute system level growth and organizational alignment projects consistent with the PSH strategic plan and priorities. Provide direct management of the PMO portfolio of strategic projects and project life cycle processes in order to support executive leadership assessment, prioritization, sequencing, and implementation of PSH strategic projects, consistent with the execution of the PSH strategic plan. Support PSH strategic integration and execution function i n the day to day activities of project management oversight and specific integration project work to contribute to the function?s support of the successful achievement of PSH strategic goals.
Bachelor's degree and 5 years relevant work experience, or equivalent, in project planning and portfolio management required, preferably within a growing healthcare entity.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Strong project management skills, communication skills, presentation skills required Strong organization and communication skills required.
Operational and process analysis skills required.
Proficiency in Power Point, Word, Visio, and Intermediate Excel skills required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure required.
Ability to adapt and respond to unexpected changes required.
Master's degree (MHA/MBA/MPH) preferred.
Direct experience in healthcare planning and project management preferred.
Knowledge of the Central PA healthcare market preferred.
