The Manager Access Services ensures that the team runs efficient operations and practices quality customer service. Baylor Scott & White Health's Manager Access Services maintains appropriate staffing levels and works with all staff to make certain new and refresher training is delivered timely as well as serves as a resource to access and non-access staff with regard to revenue cycle operations. Additionally, the Manager Access Services acts as a Servant Leader and role model to staff by demonstrating the Baylor Scott & White mission, vision and values and is responsible and accountable for overseeing departmental operations/work-flows and adequate staffing at all times. Our Manager Access Services is responsible for patient, guest and departmental satisfaction.
The ideal Manager Access Services candidate has general insurance terminology and has strong customer services skills.
