The new COO will be an active and engaged leader within the CFH region, the UF Health System and the state. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of UF Health Shands, the COO of UF Health Central Florida will work diligently to achieve operational excellence across all metrics. Working closely with UF Health Central Florida C-suite counterparts and medical staff, the COO will have resources and support from the UF Health System to achieve excellence and to ensure patients have tremendous care close to home. The COO will provide overall direction through the strategic enhancement and continued execution of UF Health Central Florida goals in support of the mission and strategy of the enterprise.
