JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to C-suite level leadership and their direct reports of Conifer Health Solutions which may include Business Unit President, Sr. Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and Sr. Directors. This position is responsible for assisting the department in the daily business activities and handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned. Description 1. Extensive and involved calendar, travel schedule management and decision making, and call resolution for Sr. Executives and team. 2. Proactive, accurate & timely completion of routine daily, weekly, monthly tasks as assigned (reports, internal control reporting, meeting scheduling/organizing/set up, etc.). Prioritize and present solutions to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 3. Serves as a leader and mentor for Admin Assistant team; Functions as a liaison with internal/external admins to resolve scheduling issues. 4. Prepares travel and expense reports for all supported leaders resolving all issues; reviews reports for leaders� approval. 5. Maintains department functions including budget management, report creation and processing, department files, vendors, supplies, and equipment. 6. Meeting preparation (logistics, documents, presentations, catering, etc.) for leadership team and Quarterly Board Meetings. 7. Serves as point of contact when providing internal and external representation of supported leaders to proactively resolve issues, before they arise or escalate. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
If direct report positions are listed below, the following responsibilities will be performed in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
