Exceptional Opportunity: Lead Midwife CNM at Birth Center - West Palm Beach

This job position is an amazing opportunity for a midwife to lead, inspire, and mold the midwifery model of care in a birth center. We are looking for a midwife who is passionate about birth center birth and has at least two years of experience with out-of-hospital midwifery. We have two collaborating physicians who are very supportive of evidence-based, low intervention maternity care. We foster a warm and supportive team spirit in a calming work environment. We are looking for someone who has leadership qualities, an aptitude for online administration, and great communication skills. All our midwives get certified in waterbirth (www.waterbirth.org).

We are working toward national accreditation and our new lead midwife will help with this process. Our clientele is wonderful to work with. They are highly motivated, educated, and holistically minded. Ideally, the right candidate will be able to answer questions regarding healthy nutrition, healthy lifestyle, and integrative medicine. 

We are offering a very competitive salary for the right candidate. We are in our first year and are already seeing 4 births/month, we expect that to increase in the coming months.
