JOB SUMMARY: Manages the technical and/or professional revenue cycle. Oversees daily operations of billing, collection and payment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuously improves revenue cycle while enhancing service to patients and optimizing relationships with business partners and vendors.
Ensures staff adhere to standard operating procedures.
Measures and reports ongoing financial and operational performance.
Identifies trends and implements preventive and/or recovery programs.
Audits accounts and implements or recommends appropriate action.
Receives and responds to special requests and resolves complex problems.
