SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the management of physician network financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, physician compensation/productivity tracking and the maintenance of associated systems and controls. Includes the supervision of the Physician Network Accountants. This position will be accountable to the Director, Physician Network Finance.
RQEUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field of study. Master's Degree as well as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred. Minimum three (3) years budget, accounting, financial analysis, or related experience is required with five (5) years preferred. Minimum one (1) year management/supervisory experience is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, supervisory and interpersonal skills required.
