Market Supply Chain Manager for Abrazo Health

Responsible for supporting on-going supply/OCE contract management and negotiations in support of Abrazo Health and its business units. Performs value analytics and leverages results in contract negotiations. Monitors, measures, and drives contract performance and efficiency to achieve optimum value and desired results for each contract. Manages the market contract database utilized to track and preserve all fully executed supplier contracts entered into by Abrazo Health and oversees contract compliance for the market. Supports Phoenix market with project management of large scale capital projects to include oversight of capital spend and support in development of capital proposals.

Special Skills:

Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with health care supplier contracts and contract management and administration. Administration and management of executed supplier contracts. Strong contract analytics, risk mitigation, and negotiation skills. Leadership skills to include strategic thinking, customer focus, performance and results orientation, innovation, and influential communication. Strong understanding of Supply Chain and/or Contract Management practices, methodologies, and business acumen. Good understanding and prior application of Project Management skills and methodologies. Flexible and able to multi-task while delivering timely, high quality products concurrently while maintaining schedule deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well within a team and to foster teamwork with both external and internal stakeholders. Solid decision making skills and possesses the ability to problem solve and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Masters Business Administration

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 years Supply Chain Experience

PREFERED EXPERIENCE: 5 - 7 Years direct experience in healthcare supply chain management and/or contract management
