Associate Director, HR Communications

We're looking for an experienced professional to partner closely with our Internal Communications office and serve as a communication partner to the HR Leadership team, helping us unify our voice and appropriately communicate our HR programs, offerings and initiatives.

It's an exciting time as we see the need for HR communications evolve, becoming core and essential to the HR function.

You Are:

• An experienced communications professional with a passion and experience for human resources and change management communications
• A strategist, able to see the big picture and implement an integrated communication strategy
• A writer able to effectively and creatively communicate across various stakeholders using your compelling story-telling capability
• A collaborative leader capable of building cross-functional relationships to drive change and influence business decisions; exhibits a no-job-is-too-big or small attitude.
• A content creator with proven ability to unify voice and delivery across multiple channels and audiences.
• Metrics-driven focused on using metrics to define strategy and assess the effectiveness of employee communications.

You Will:

• Develop content and delivery strategy for HR communications including, but not limited to, benefits and wellness programs, mobility and professional development, talent programs, compensation and performance, HR survey, and employee experience initiatives, focused on creating a seamless and consumer-like content experience.
• Lead development of an integrated communication strategy in partnership with Communications and HR leadership
• Partner with HR COE's to market HR programs/offerings, improving awareness and accessibility
• Provide strategic direction for our HR SharePoint intranet site (OneMSK), our ServiceNow Employee Portal (TheSpot), and other digital communication employee resources (ex. benefits, wellbeing/wellness)

You Need:

• 8-10 years communications and change management communications experience
• Strong executive communications experience supporting corporate functions within a global organization.
• Superb communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Includes significant editorial skills and creating harmonized "one-voice" content.
• Solid understanding of employee benefits, employee experience, compensation, and other human resource programs. Experience with change communication strategies highly preferred.
• Great writing, storyboarding, and presentation development skills.
