The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the GI Lab/Endoscopy holds the responsibility for implementation of the Vision, Mission and Values of the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. He/she is engaged in administrative and clinical nursing practice characterized by both increased complexity of clinical decision making and enhanced skill in nursing management.
