Occupational Health Nurse Manager

Administers the Employee Health Services (EHS) Program on behalf of the organization- managing team members and specific program components. Collaborates with Human Resources, Clinical Operations, Infection Prevention, Emergency Management and others to manage the EHS program on behalf of the organization. Directly manages the EHS team and services within the department.

 

Endeavors to promote the health of all team members by facilitating an Employee Health Program which includes making recommendations for employee health testing and screenings, observing trends in employee illnesses and promoting health education.

 

Works in conjunction with Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care facilities, as well as various regulatory and certifying bodies to ensure collaborative efforts are made to ensure the creation and facilitation of EHS programs operate optimally in order to support the organizational needs.  Ensure all applicable requirements are met regarding the safety and overall welfare of team members, contractors, volunteers, and anyone internal providing services for BCN lines of business. Serves as a subject matter expert regarding EHS Program components and regulations.

 

Collaborates with various entities to establish and promote company initiatives, to provide services, support timely compliance, associated documentation and/or reporting, and to ensure continuity of care for individuals throughout the organization, receiving services through the EHS program.
