The RN for will perform clinical duties as directed by the Associate Director for Patient Care Services through the Chief Nurse of Primary Care. The employee uses initiative in carrying out tasks independently without specific instructions but refers problems or deviations not covered by instructions to the Chief Nurse or designee.
