The Nurse Manager (NM) for Ambulatory Care is a self-directed nurse leader who is accountable to the Assistant Chief Nurse for Ambulatory Care. The NM is vital to the execution of programs that directly affect patient care, nursing practice, and satisfaction. Works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary teams, including the Chief Nurse, Assistant Chief Nurse, Nurse Manager, Advance Practice Nurses, and Medical Providers.
