The GI Nurse Manager reports directly to the Chief Nurse, Surgical and GI Services and indirectly to the Associate Director, Patient Care Services/Nurse Executive. The incumbent is responsible for the ongoing assessment, evaluation, planning, and oversight of operations for Mather and Redding GI / Endoscopy services. He/she will develop and evaluate professional and personal goals annually to maintain solid working relationships throughout the VA Medical Center and with support services.
