JOB SUMMARY The Senior Director of Procurement Operations is responsible for supporting Conifer�s strategic goals and improving Conifer�s business performance in the functional area of procurement, with overall responsibility for procurement operations in Conifer including Conifer�s Global Business Center (GBC). The position will have responsibility for the entire Conifer procurement team�s performance. The Senior Director should have the ability to understand customer needs, strive for customer satisfaction, and have a long-term vision to bring leading practices to the organization. This position governs analytics activities, enables compliance to laws and policies and promotes adoption of best practices related to procurement and supply chain technology. The Senior Director of Procurement Operations is experienced in multiple ERP systems, has assisted or led ERP procurement and supply chain implementations, and has managed the P2P process across geographies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned.
� Direct the prioritization of strategic projects and priorities based on customer and leadership needs, meeting customer demand in a timely manner � Work with direct reports and Conifer personnel to ensure strategic goals and projects are implemented efficiently to meet Conifer�s strategic goals and objectives � Establish and foster a strategic vision to ensure that Conifer procurement is viewed as a valued partner and appropriately involved in business decisions � Build consultative leadership skills and hire, develop, motivate, and retain capable staff � Enable procurement operations to meet customer needs and support enterprise-wide strategic planning within integrated procurement ERP system � Assist/Lead ERP implementation and migration

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES If direct report positions are listed below, the following responsibilities will be performed in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications:

� Experience managing teams in a shared service center environment, with proven experience in training, coaching, and developing key resources � Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse locations and business units � Strong skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, specifically Procurement and Supply Chain modules � Fundamental knowledge of general procurement and supply chain practices and procedures, across multiple spend categories. � Excellent process and query management skills, knowledge of implementing process and continuous improvements with relevant tools and processes (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma certifications a plus) preferred � Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with close attention to detail � Strong written and verbal communication skills � Experience managing/leading people across geographies � Experience in transitioning business operations to other countries a plus � Ability to lead the team and provide guidance to leadership on Business Transformation activities � Strong program management skills � ERP Procurment/Supply Chain Module implementation and migration experience
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
� Minimum10 years experience in a Procurement/Supply Chain Management / leadership role overseeing the procure to pay process � Minimum 5 years experience in Business Transformation role in procurement space � Experience with responsibility over a procurement team in an offshore location a plus � Minimum 4 years experience working with procurement operations for a global organization � Minimum 10 years experience with ERP systems, specifically Procurement and Supply Chain � BA/BS degree in one of the following areas: business, supply chain, materials management, operations, healthcare, or another related area. � Master�s degree / MBA preferred
