ACCOUNTABILITIES â¢ Collaboratively work with plasma centers and suppliers to ensure adequate donation supplies are delivered. â¢ Communicate/Report/Escalate supply shortage issues in a timely and accurate manner and communicate transparent and up to date supply plans to internal stakeholders. â¢ Ensure KPIâs are in place and measured in conjunction with an continuous improvement mindset. â¢ Propose and drive process improvement initiatives across the Supply Value Stream to the plasma centers; to improve ordering quantities, inventory balances, delivery times, etc. â¢ Propose and drive implementation of risk mitigation activities within Supply Management area that can minimize likelihood of supply disruptions. â¢ Work collaboratively with a wide range of senior stakeholders to ensure high engagement and adherence to the processes.
DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS â¢ Inventory planning processes and systems â¢ Strong knowledge with Excel and PowerPoint â¢ Understanding of the principles of Lean and Six Sigma applied to Supply Chain â¢ Knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Basic knowledge on FDA regulations

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: â¢ Degree in Business, Operations Management, or equivalent. â¢ Minimum five years experience in various and growing supply chain roles. â¢ Interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with internal plasma center sites, other functions and external suppliers. â¢ Must be able to multi-task, and prioritize in a busy environment. â¢ Must be able to travel up to 5-10% domestic. â¢ Must be fluent in English.
