ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Collaboratively work with plasma centers and suppliers to ensure adequate donation supplies are delivered.
• Communicate/Report/Escalate supply shortage issues in a timely and accurate manner and communicate transparent and up to date supply plans to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure KPI’s are in place and measured in conjunction with an continuous improvement mindset.
• Propose and drive process improvement initiatives across the Supply Value Stream to the plasma centers; to improve ordering quantities, inventory balances, delivery times, etc.
• Propose and drive implementation of risk mitigation activities within Supply Management area that can minimize likelihood of supply disruptions.
• Work collaboratively with a wide range of senior stakeholders to ensure high engagement and adherence to the processes.

• Inventory planning processes and systems
• Strong knowledge with Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of the principles of Lean and Six Sigma applied to Supply Chain
• Knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Basic knowledge on FDA regulations

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years experience in various and growing supply chain roles.
• Interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with internal plasma center sites, other functions and external suppliers.
• Must be able to multi-task, and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Must be able to travel up to 5-10% domestic.
• Must be fluent in English.
