Our 24/7 emergency department in Vail is a Level III Trauma Center with a nearby helipad for necessary medical transports. POSITION PURPOSE: The Manager, HRBP helps set the direction for the HRBP team to enhance organizational performance by aligning HR strategy to business strategy. The role is a “working manager,” providing coaching, guidance and supervision to the HRBPs as well as having responsibilities for a dedicated set of internal clients. The role works closely with client groups and all HR colleagues to provide a full range of partnership to client groups, helping to educate, advise and influence on issues involving, but not limited to: employee engagement and retention; manager/employee development and coaching; compensation planning; organizational development; change management; special projects; and data analysis and client presentations.
