Bachelor’s Degree in health care, business, finance, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years progressive sales, sales management, and/or health care management experience.
Knowledge of Medicare and Individual products.
Knowledge of sales and health plans.
Prior management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Execution of non-competition agreement.
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Collaborative work orientation and work relationships.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and confidential information.
Minnesota life and health insurance license (or attainment of Minnesota life and health insurance licensure within three months of employment).
Maintenance of driver’s license and automobile insurance for travel.
Master’s Degree, with emphasis or work in marketing and sales or sales leadership and/or operations experience.
Individual commercial and Medicare products sales or sales operations experience.
Retail and online retail sales experience.
Business, financial or health-related experience.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
