Summary
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Office Manager Administration and is responsible for managing the functions of the office of the Administration. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of referral source payments such as medical directorship and ER call logs. Provides administrative support to the Administration Team i.e. calendaring, expense reports, arrange meetings including food and beverage as required, and ordering supplies. Greets guests visiting the Administration Office. Handles the intake of patient complaints/concerns and is able to communicate necessary follow up as needed.
Acts as liaison between the Hospital's Executive Team, key Department Directors and the Corporate Contract Administrator to gather, validate, track and record the necessary components of the contract process (RFA). Regularly comes in contact with and maintains appropriate controls over confidential and proprietary information related to the Hospital�s contractual arrangements, including the private information of physicians and other contracting parties. Maintains excellent organizational and communication skills in dealing with physicians, outside contracting entities, members of the hospital staff, and various corporate/regional offices Qualifications: Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Windows based computer programs. Excellent human relations skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Bachelor�s degree preferred
2 years� experience in contract processing
5 years� experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting C-Level Executives
