Manager - International Government Engagement

The Manager in Public Affairs will provide consultation on and management of government engagement strategies and projects that advance Mayo Clinic International’s strategic priorities.

This role monitors, evaluates and understands international relationships and regulatory issues and assesses potential impact on Mayo Clinic in coordination with other departments and subject matter experts. Working closely with Mayo Clinic International’s leadership team, the Manager also contributes to strategic planning, communications and compliance where appropriate. Ongoing monitoring of geopolitical developments in key regions and management of external consulting resources are also key elements of this position. The manager must have the ability to work in a complex environment with multi-dimensional points of view and is self-motivated, organized and serves as a professional ambassador for Mayo Clinic. Belief in the mission and strong ethical conduct is essential. This position requires occasional travel.
