Empowers team members to collaborate with each other to develop tools and make recommendations for improving registration processes, promoting access to care, reducing wait times and promoting customer service in effort to enhance the patient's total care experience and ensure stewardship of hospital resources.Â
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration, or related health care field. Experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Minimum 7 years management experience in registration, patient financial services, or related field
