The Director, Continuous Improvement is responsible for development and execution of the continuous improvement strategy for the Revenue Cycle organization within Conifer. The focus will be to define and lead strategic implementation of project roadmap delivering significant cost and quality improvements throughout the organization. The Director, Continuous Improvement is responsible for defining and executing the continuous improvement roadmap delivering quantified business impact. A successful candidate will also lead change within the organization and contribute to the overall Revenue Cycle Business strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership / mentoring / training to all levels of the organization on the use and practice of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Responsible for managing and facilitating the organizationâ��s continuous improvement initiatives and strategy including customization of training materials and development of a continuous improvement culture.
Partner with senior level management at the highest levels to assess current processes and identify process improvement opportunities. Manage the process of selecting, scoping, and prioritizing continuous improvement opportunities including review of resource utilization across the business.
Plan and assist in the execution of various business transformation events and projects targeted towards improving performance
Deliver significant and quantifiable continuous improvement and financial benefit across the organization.
Manage multiple complex projects and leverage influencing skills that come from deep experience as a subject matter expert in continuous improvement.
Focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share via the use of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Support management/cross functional decisions by communicating the enterprise-wide changes to employees and helping them to learn, understand, adjust and grow with the businessâ��s continuous improvement transformation.
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

6+ years of experience in continuous improvement application with significant experience leading high impact continuous improvement teams
Experience developing strategic continuous improvement roadmaps and executing them.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage though challenges in a data driven approach.
Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, navigate challenges, and communicate changes.
Ability to effectively present and communicate at the executive level including the c-suite.
Experience in deploying successful Change Management.
Demonstrate solid analytical ability.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build a collaborative environment.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
Bachelorâ��s degree in business, healthcare or related field, Masterâ��s degree preferred.
Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt or other continuous improvement certification is required.
Track record of delivering significant performance improvements.
Revenue Cycle Operations experience is a plus.
Project Management experience/ certification is a plus.
