THE OPPORTUNITY: The CHRO is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, foreseeing rapid growth, specifically in the areas of change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation, succession planning, AND talent management. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.

Minimum of 10 years as a progressive functional leader role developing HR strategies and implementing policies and procedures in a startup multi-site environment.
Healthcare and integration experience highly preferred.
Physician practice integration highly preferred.
SPRH or SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
