Provides essential leadership and administrative support for the facility RT department. Manages and is accountable for the allocation of staff and other resources; facilitates the ongoing achievement of the departmentâ€™s mission and goals; promotes the development of processes directed at providing quality, economical healthcare services.Â
Â·Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Respiratory Therapy required. Â·Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Â·Must have working knowledge of PC use and Microsoft Office Suite. Â·Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in Respiratory Therapy required. Â·Two or more years of experience in a supervisory/charge role highly preferred. Â·Current registry for the State of Texas (TMB) required. Â·Current RRT registry required. Â·Current BLS and ACLS required. Â·Current NRP required (as applicable).
