Assisting with building and growth of the Operations Performance, monitoring, and analytic team
Manage staff resources ensuring time tracking and capacity are accurate and efficient
Appropriately delegates responsibilities and provides leadership, training and mentoring to key personnel
Keeps track of staffing requirements and hires new talent as needed to correspond with specific duties and skills related data and analytics
Manages the development of standard operating procedures (SOP)s and routine work instructions (WI)s and assist with the development of automation efforts for these procedures
Supports and drives policy and process improvements. Uses data management skills to develop meaningful metrics. Leads automation and instrumentation efforts that compliment metrics reporting.
Defines, measures, and meets key operational metrics and KPI’s, including performance monitoring, incident management, problem management, request management and change management
Communicates effectively at a variety of levels. Communicate intricate technical and procedural matters to both technical and non-technical personnel across diverse cultures
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
A broad understanding of information technology methodologies in multiple disciplines; comfortable with complex undocumented requirements and independent task research

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
Cloud computing experience overseeing large cloud-based environments for production applications preferred, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Operations Management Suite (OMS), or other large-scale cloud deployments.
Working knowledge of Service Now change control, incident, problem, and request management.
Complex IT operational monitoring, i.e. SolarWinds Orion
5+ years of experience in Information Systems Leadership
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Working knowledge of healthcare or clinical physician clinical practice
ITIL based experience with incident, problem, change and configuration management
Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
PMP Project Management certification or equivalent knowledge
The data and analytics manager will have the direct responsibilities to oversee the day-to-day management of the data and analytics team and its respective staff. The Operations Performance Center is responsible for monitoring the health and performance of infrastructure, systems and applications as well as data analysis, analytics and reporting. The OPC supports patient care by providing IT service assurance through proactive performance monitoring, alerting and analytics. The manager will perform the hiring of analysts and ensuring the right mix of skillsets to ensure the team can obtain its objectives and maintain its services. The manager will oversee the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and related work instructions. The data and analytics manager will provide operational and department specific project management and oversight.
