Responsible for the management and coordination of the Facility by ensuring continuity, cost-effectiveness and quality of operations. Facilitates communication and provides leadership to the Facility staff and other areas of Hospice. Directly supervises all Facility staff and members of the Interdisciplinary Team as assigned / appropriate. Reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred; current RN licensure; at least one year of Hospice or Home Health experience, at least one year in a supervisory role preferred; valid driver's license; excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
