Up to $15,000 Sign On Bonus available for experienced Nurse Manager / RN
The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse / RN who reports directly to the Director and administers an asssigned nursing program with responsibility for planning, selecting, and devising methods and procedures to be used for directing nursing and other personnel in the accomplishment of designated goals.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred (or demonstrated progress towards attainment of other clinical or management degree) and participation in advanced education and/or certification in area of expertise required; Master's degree preferred. RN / Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Florida. BLS certification required.
Required Work Related Experience: Three to five years of progressive population-specific and /or service clinical expertise required. Management expertise desired.
