Work Hours/Shift: Full Time / Day
You Will Be Responsible For:
Demonstrates behaviors at AdventHealth University in harmony with the “Four Words” Nurture, Excellence, Spirituality, and Stewardship
Develop objectives and accountability metrics for the Communication Center’s day-to-day activities
Develop and oversee the execution of communications plans to facilitate the cultivation, evaluation, and admissions processes
Provide training to all Communication Center staff to ensure consistency in the professionalism, tone, accuracy, and timeliness of verbal and written communication with leads and applicants
Collaborate with the Director of Admissions on designing and refining communication plans for lead and applicant cultivation
Utilize the CRM and SIS effectively to support the execution of the communication plans
Identify key populations of leads and applicants for retargeting campaigns
What Will You Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or other related field
Must possess a general knowledge of the higher education admissions processes and customer service and communication strategie
One or more years of customer relations experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or other Healthcare-related field.
Three year experience in customer service related field.
The Communication Center Manager supervises the daily operations and Communication Center staff, aiming for maximum efficiency and excellent customer service. The Communication Center Manager will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive. The Communication Center Manager communicates and collaborates regularly with the Admissions Managers to ensure lead and applicant cultivation is paced in alignment to communication and turnaround time goals. The Communication Center Manager is charged with upholding policy and procedure set by the Admissions Department, University, and its committees. The Communication Center Manager actively exemplifies outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
