Formed in early 2019, Beth Israel Lahey Health System (BILH) officially embarked on a journey to transform health care in Massachusetts. Today, the system is made up of 14 hospitals, 25 major ambulatory facilities, Population Health Business Unit and Primary Care Business Unit that covers eastern Massachusetts. The system generates $6.5B in net operating revenues and has over 4,300 physicians and over 36,000 dedicated employees. As the second largest private employer in Massachusetts, BILH continues to make significant advancements within a complex, rapidly changing, competitive healthcare market.
Given BILH's strategy to transform Human Resources, the organization retained WittKieffer to assist in the recruitment of four key executives. One of these positions is the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner Primary Care.
The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner Primary Care will support the Primary Care Business Unit as it integrates six legacy organizations into Beth Israel Lahey Health's Physician Care. The VP will provide strategic, creative, and collaborative leadership across BILHPC.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Human Resources leader who is balanced, focused on outcomes, and keenly aware of the need to have excellent HR practices for the business to thrive. The successful candidate will have considerable experience leading Human Resources operations, and familiarity with HR business partner and shared services models. This executive position requires a strategic, dynamic, collaborative, caring, and visible leader, with extensive experience within large, complex organizations.
