We're eager to launch recruitment for the Senior Project Manager . Reporting to our Vice President, Revenue Cycle Optimization you will be leading and handling a mixed portfolio of strategic revenue cycle optimization initiatives, projects and programs. You will define, develop and build out timelines, approaches, phases and results utilizing project management concepts and tools. You are responsible for all aspects of program and project management; facilitating project teams and meetings, maintaining plans and timelines, regular status updates to project sponsors or champions, issue and risk tracking, budget management and other deliverables such as project documentation and performance scorecard metrics and results.
Handle all project portfolios and design, communicate, and implement plans for completing strategic project portfolio results
Lead multiple medium to large-sized projects with moderate to high complexity across business units, clinical departments, and geographic locations.
Identify and track project risks and take actions to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Provide mentorship and insight for projects that are mission or business critical while advancing as needed
Ensure consistency of specific projects in line with overall vision, budget and goals
Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan to supervise progress and performance against project plans and budget
Identify and gather resources which may include developing project timeline/slide decks, budgets and forecasts, research, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
Work with Project teams to identify and plan for resource capacities, and achievable deliveries
Coach and mentor project staff and provide support and transparency at all levels, ensuring quality & timely implementations
7+ years leading large teams across multiple projects to deliver results, preferably in a healthcare setting
Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams and navigating organizational and interpersonal transformation
Ability to influence & engage, being resilient, leading change, executive communications, and empowering people with a servant leader approach
Demonstrated understanding & experience in project management tools, lean foundation elements, continuous improvement and/or change management and/or certification in Continuous Improvement, PMP, Lean or Six Sigma
Location: 75% remote flexibility. Expected to be at NYC for important in-person meetings and other teamwork needs.
