Organize and coordinate patching and release cycles.
Monitor and report on server health.
Define and document process changes in design specifications and project documents.
Act as a liaison between development team, Quality, and Operation teams.
Participate in verification testing.
Identify problems and propose solutions, escalate when required.
Communicate decisions, priorities, and status in a timely manner.
Identify and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
Provide system support.
Assist with the configuration and setup of opening new plasma centers.
Provide patch and release cycles to applicable stake holders.
Establish monitoring alerts and processes for addressing alerts.
Test and document application changes following the SDLC processes, application processes, and quality validation (when appropriate).
Develop test requirements, prepare, and document test data for unit and system testing.
Create the necessary documentation for a project including, but not limited to, project plan, verification plan, prepare and document test date for verification testing.
Lead design review meetings to ensure all tasks of each phase of the project are completed.
Assist in support of production systems.Â Develop problem-solving skills to assist in resolution of business problems.
Develop analytic skills to identify solutions to problems and trend and identify opportunities.
Develop relationships with businesses and functions to understand their needs.Â Continue to develop business or functional knowledge by responding to and resolving user questions, proposed solutions and define requirements.
Work closely with product leads and business customers to define specifications.
Participate in support rotation, respond to system health alerts, and triage issues alongside helpdesk, managed services, and Cloud Ops teams.
Develop and maintain application documentation according to Takeda Quality Systems and Software Development Life Cycle standards and procedures
Follow established process to configure a new center plasma center, including providing status updates to the project team and meeting all established timelines to lead to a successful plasma center opening.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Â
Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience spanning multiple IT disciplines, including system design, documentation, database management or operations
Ability to write and speak in the English language
Excellent oral and written communications skills, with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment
Must be a solid team player, able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities.
Familiarity with regulated systems and general level of understanding of quality systems validation
Access to transportation to attend meetings
Ability to fly to meetings regionally and globally on occasion
