Due to our continued growth, Wake Forest Baptist Health is seeking an outstanding compensation professional to lead compensation for our system-wide nursing staff. The selected candidate for this position may either be based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (relocation assistance provided) or work remotely and travel as needed to our headquarters.
Researches, gathers and analyzes data to determine the appropriate salary level and job title for existing and proposed positions.
Conducts market pricing, assisting in peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting salary data, financial modeling and special research projects.
Completes ad-hoc internal and external bench-marking surveys and analyses of nursing performance and compensation.
Supports broader seasonal compensation department activities such as annual market pricing, merit increases, etc. as needed.
