Geisinger's Maternal Fetal Medicine division is looking for a Nurse Practitioner who will work independently while collaborating with other providers to deliver exceptional patient care. The candidate would see high risk Obstetrics patients in person or telemedicine for consults and follow up visits. MFM provides integrative care with Obstetrics to the high-risk pregnancy population. The MFM team is very collaborative and clinically supportive to advanced practitioners to provide evidenced based care to the patients we serve. The candidate will work to the fullest scope of practice, participate in mentoring other students/new hires, and practice according to evidence-based guidelines. The candidate should have at least 1 year experience in OB-GYN.
Our services include Level II ultrasound, fetal echocardiography, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (amniocentesis, CVS, and PUBS) and genetic counseling. Will work closely with Neonatologists in our Level IV NICU at GMC. We have more than 4,000 births annually. Our 19 general OB/GYNs provide L&D and postpartum coverage. Our team includes 7 MFM Specialists, CRNPs, MFM Fellows, Genetic Counselors, and experienced Sonographers.

Current team consists of 6 NPs, 8 physicians, 4 MFM fellows, 2 genetic counselors
M-F dayshift, no call
Wonderful collaboration between physicians and advanced practitioners
Will include a hybrid component consisting of some TeleVideo visits
