The Director of Quality Management provides leadership and oversight of the organization’s quality management infrastructure and programs. This role is responsible for being a thought leader within the healthcare quality arena, and shaping the future of quality management. Promotes excellent quality of care, as evidenced by quality metric performance, through leadership of improvement initiatives. Engages with all levels of the organization to promote innovative solutions to identified opportunities. Ensures compliance with regulatory reporting of quality metrics. Provides support to Medical Staff Leadership for Ongoing and Focused (for cause) Professional Practice Evaluation and Peer Review activities.
