Mental Health Intensive Case Management Program Coordinator Social Worker
The Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) Program Coordinator position is located in the Social Worker Department at the Errera Center in Orange, CT. This position is a full-time at 40 hours per week. Duties for the position include but are not limited to: Knowledge of individual, family, couple, and group therapy theory and methods, inn order to provide and coordinate effective treatment to those participants needing these services; Knowledge of, and a willingness to work within, the dynamics and processes of a community based intensive case management model of service delivery to the most severely and persistently ill veterans in the Mental Health Care Line; Knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and treatment options to allow development of effective t
