Nurse Residency Program Director
The Post-Baccalaureate Registered Nurse Residency Program Director is responsible for the administration of the Post-Baccalaureate Nurse Residency Programs. He/she is accountable for multiple facets of education, training and professional & organizational development within the larger strategy of promoting a learning culture across the system. This position is approved a $12,000 recruitment incentive. The PBRNR Program Director will have a solid working knowledge of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) Standards for accreditation of nurse residency programs as it relates to nurses in their first year of professional practice.
