HBPC/NIC Program Director
The Home Based Primary Care (HBPC)/Non-Institutional Care (NIC) Program Director is a Social Worker or other clinical professional (RD, RN, OT, PT, PharmD) aligned under the Chief of Primary Care. He/she is accountable for the management, supervision and evaluation of care for the HBPC & NIC programs that are organizationally aligned under Primary Care, which includes all facility and CBOC locations. The Home Based Primary Care (HBPC)/Non-Institutional Care (NIC) Program Director's primary duties will include, but are not limited to: Supervises clinical staff, to include ensuring orientation, performance evaluations, competency assessments, and compliance with VAMC trainings.
