Job Profile Job Summary The Corporate Executive Chef is responsible for the oversight of all kitchen operations within Harris health System. The Corporate Executive Chef will design and lead a culinary program across the system to train and develop the culinary team. The candidate should be able to design recipes, perform cost analysis, and implement menu changes for retail and patient services throughout the entire system. The Corporate Executive Chef shall perform quality assurance activities for the food and nutrition services department and possess knowledge of regulatory and food safety/sanitation practices and principles.
