Juno Diagnostics is a young startup in the women's healthcare space. We are building a platform that enables women to have easy and affordable access to prenatal care. Juno is building our genetic counseling program from the ground up. For this program we are looking for a lead to oversee the implementation of the genetic counseling program. This position extends beyond the traditional genetic counseling role. One part of the job is focused on curating and developing the optimal content to guide Juno members through their pregnancy journey. Another important aspect is designing the full experience for our members. We aim to build a platform that makes genetic information easy to understand. And for us that means using the best communication tools available to help our members get the best information for their pregnancy.

This position is right for you if you are excited to:
Design and build prenatal counseling content for a new platform using a variety of tools (including but not limited to: video, Youtube, chat, podcast, social media)
Drive innovation in genetic counseling communication
Provide in-depth counseling to our members to determine genetic risk profile for each pregnancy.
Provide supportive counseling to our members with affected pregnancies
Evolve staffing strategy to optimize member satisfaction, response time, productivity and effectiveness
Establish a culture of performance by clearly setting and communication goals throughout the organization
Partner with the service team to improve performance with policies, processes, and technology that enable our teams to provide consistently excellent support
Be an expert on industry trends, regulatory updates and benchmark with peers.
Establish strategic vision for advancing GC professional practice
Support clinical laboratory operations in shaping the next generation of prenatal testing
Develop, monitor and report on continuous quality improvement activities
Masters Degree in Genetic Counseling from an accredited genetic counseling training program
Board Certified from the America Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) or American Board of Medical Genetics (ABMG)
Minimum of five years as a practicing genetic counselor, with prenatal counseling experience
At least two (2) years project management or supervisory experience.
Previous experience with communication platforms or as a content creator is a plus
