SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Practice Site Manager is responsible for the pleasant and efficient operation of the practice in order to provide quality patient care and service. This is accomplished by adhering to the practice's philosophy statement, policies and procedures and maintaining open communication channels between and with Providers, Nurse Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor and other Managers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field plus 2 years of practice site management or progressive business related leadership, supervisory, or management experience required OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field plus previous progressive business related leadership, supervisory, or management experience required (this may include completion of a Healthcare internship). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to deal courteously with patients. Ability to maintain effective working relationship with other employees.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior supervisory experience in a medical office preferred
