The Division Manager Coding will be responsible for the Coding Education Program. In addition to providing the educational content and daily lecture material, this position will have management oversight for the coding students selected in this program. The coding manager reviews the program requirements to meet accreditation with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). This position reports to the BSWH Director of Health Information Services.
The ideal Division Manager Coding candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience.

EDUCATION - Bachelors or Equivalent Exp
EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 8 years experience required
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Cert Coding Specialist (CCS), Cert Coding Spec Physician Bas (CCS-P), Cert Professional Coder (CPC), Cert Icd-10-CM/PCS Trainer (ICD10 TR), Reg Health Info Administrator (RHIA), Reg Health Information Technic (RHIT): Must have one of the following:
